Coaching strengthened resolve.  It gave a space for me with no judgment of shifting my timeline for leaving with grace to myself.  It was an affirming space.  Coaching helped me to get clarity with my values, my worth, my boundaries.  I shifted to a new job that is not the best but I use my voice more.  This is something that I got from coaching.  I now see jobs as short-term.  I am getting myself ready to pivot to something better.
