Lifting As We Climb Consulting is owned and operated by Dr. Kimani Norrington-Sands who is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PSY 19557).  Dr. Norrington-Sands is a Magna Cum Laude Graduate of Spelman College and obtained her Master’s as well as Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with a Multicultural Community-Clinical Emphasis from California School of Professional Psychology.  

Dr. Kimani has more than 20 years of experience as a therapist. She is also a Certified Hello Seven Coach with a focus on mindset, business, and finances. As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Toxic Job Survivor, and Certified Hello Seven Coach, Dr. Kimani is uniquely qualified to help Black Women liberate from toxic jobs and pivot to better professional opportunities.
