Lifting As We Climb Consulting is owned and operated by Dr. Kimani Norrington-Sands who is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PSY 19557).  Dr. Norrington-Sands is a Magna Cum Laude Graduate of Spelman College and obtained her Master’s as well as Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with a Multicultural Community-Clinical Emphasis from California School of Professional Psychology.  

Dr. Norrington-Sands has more than 15 years of experience providing mental health and consultation services in community-based agencies as well as schools.
